Prep time: minimal
Combine all ingredients and sauté in 1 Tbs coconut or olive oil until lightly browned.
Heat tortillas on a grill or cast-iron pan for 30 seconds, until the tortillas are soft and pliable. Spoon the Tofuna onto the tortillas. Top with pico and guac, then pile on the toppings!
